This is an introductory blog to let you know that I am starting a new 5-part blog series, Get More Energy: One Breath at a Time.
Get More Energy is a 5-part series of in-depth blog posts designed to help you discover how easy yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation techniques can help you relax, feel less tired and boost your energy, so you feel better and have more “get up and go” energy to do the things you love.
Get More Energy: One Breath at a Time
I’ll draw on my professional yoga and meditation teaching experience plus personal practices and experience to show you how you can use yoga, breathwork and meditation to reduce stress, relax, beat fatigue and boost your energy.
As a mum to three young adult daughters, I know how exhausting and stressed-out parenting and working can be, late nights, early mornings, work commitments and family obligations all take their toll.
Plus from talking with members of the Yoga Inspires Facebook community and chatting with my students, tiredness and having no energy are major areas of concern for most women, especially women over 50 who are dealing with the emotional and physical changes associated with the menopause.
Life isn’t easy.
You are tired and desperately seeking ways to have more energy and enjoy more fun times with loved ones and friends.
So, I am really keen to share what I know to support you feel your best and get more enjoyment out of life.
Over the course of this 5-part blog series, we will:
