Blessed Reader, kindly excuse this slightly “off topic” blog post.
Like all good yogis I have decided it’s time to let go off my attachments to safety and comfort and expand my horizons and see what is on the other side.
In this case, the other side is a blogging Contest.
Yep. A Blogging Contest.
In pursuit of fulfilling my life purpose I am spreading my wings and am entering my first ever Blogging Challenge.
Surviving The Blog Reality Contest
Organised by Kiesha Easley of WeBlogBetter (www.weblogbetter.com) this blog challenge is set to merge the talents of ten souls (2 teams of five) with the view of us working together to build and create a real live blog coupled with real life challenges.
The Plan
Each week, we will be set new blogging challenges and the “loser” will be blogged off. At the end of the ten weeks, one soul will be left standing. I am in to win and trust my faith, connections and passion for learning and writing will see me through the ten week challenge.
Why Me?
Why not? Was my first response. My desire to be a successful blogger and feed my family through my passion drives me to explore new ways of bringing yoga to the world.
Mother of three delightful teen daughters, I resigned from my safe secure job as a Probation Officer in 2004. Since then life has been a glorious roller-coaster ride as a free lance yoga teacher.
I am still in search of the Holy Grail and trust the friendships and lessons learned during the challenge will take me a step closer to achieving my dreams.
Thanks for taking the time to read my entry requirement blog. I have completed phrase one of the contest and pray I am selected and look forward to sharing the Journey with you.

Congratulations, Ntathu! I hope you enjoy the ride with your team mates!
Cheers,
Mitch
Thanks Mitchell..looking forward to the journey…how did you get on? thanks for all your support. Stay Blessed
I think a Yoga teacher that blogs would be very valuable in this competition, we would definitely have some flexibility – mind the pun!
On a side note, your work as a PO, was it (for lack of a better word) – difficult?
Good luck¬
Hi, Ntathu! Yay for spreading your wings. I would love to see you make it as a contestant. If we wind up on the same team, maybe you can teach us how to combat stress 🙂
Best of luck to you!
Cheers,
Mitch
That would be great Mitchell…may the best team win! Peace and Love

Thanks Holly, what fun we have ahead. Hold on tight and enjoy the journey.
