Whenever you celebrate New Year’s Eve and/or New Year’s Day, I wish you and your family and circle of friends a year of deep nourishment, unity and spiritual growth.
I know that many of us are going through personal losses, changes in our plans, dashed hopes, and shattered dreams.
And globally, we have many unresolved humanitarian issues to resolve.
As we look ahead, please acknowledge the past – the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful.
And when you are ready to move forward to another season of life, may all of humanity seek the higher ground to recognise our shared connections and consistently work together to celebrate our strengths and diversities.
May we have the courage to see those we believe to be different from us and treat them as best buddies, remembering that everyone sees things differently and that what may be important to you may not be appropriate for me.
May we support one another in our imperfections and cooperate as living examples for future generations.
May we all work together to protect our planet and treat it with the same respect, kindness, and love it shows us.
May we not seek to exploit, extract, or evacuate but rather give back, cultivate, and sow seeds for a more sustainable and healthy world.
And may we, when we take our last breath, look back on the stand we took in life with pride, knowing that we did everything in our power to heal and collectively support each other along the road.
Remember, gentle souls, I am here to remind you that you are loveable, worthy, and, most important, we are all on a journey of Returning to Love.
Even if your heart feels dull, may you feel tenderness in the fun, joyful laughter and happy memories of past and present loved ones.
May your heart find the peace within as we come together in a circle of sparkling light and reclaim our zest for life.
And, may we sing together, breathe as one and remember the drum beats for us all as we embrace a brand-new day.
Keep resting, dear friend, and keep believing in the restorative power of hope.
