Bless You Gentle Reader. How are you today…
Have you ever been in the company of greatness? In a space, surrounded by inspirational and loving souls? Souls who are leaders in their own right yet humble and confident enough to share the space with you?

Well, let me tell you my story – what happened to me on Saturday night.
Leo and his dear wife Eva are in town (London) and to celebrate, Avrind, opened his heart and home and put on a true Royal Celebration.
The food flowed, dhal, lentil curry, salads, basmati rice, spices, Indian sweets, chutney….the sun shone, as we played frisbee, bat and ball and sipped on cool glasses of fine Belgium wine and other culinary delights.
My Childhood Dream
I like to call myself a newbie to the blogging world yet in reality I have been a writer and journalist all my life.
I recall snuggling under the covers and secretly writing the latest squeal to Enid Blyton’s The Secret Seven or Adventures of the Famous Five…dreaming of the day when I too could officially write and inspire others.
Mirror Reflection of My Greatness
Saturday, in the company of other writers, bloggers, adventurers and spiritual seekers I saw my dream come true. I saw my greatness reflected. We shared stories of release, journeys of letting go, surrendering to the unknown and moving on.
We Sangs Songs
We sang songs, chanted OM Namah Sivaya, Cheered along to My Ole Man is a Dustman and quietly gave thanks for the blessings of life.
Reminder To Value The Gift Of Life
A baby was in our midst. A reminder to me that we are all young, all babes in arms, dependent upon elders to guide and nurture us through.
Age, colour, culture didn’t matter. Nor who you were or what work you did. What mattered was how you did what you did, how you managed to sever ties of old, simplify and travel through.
Our Adventures
Some of the group left family and friends behind, came with their own family to try out something new.
No guarantees that it would work, yet wiling enough to give it a go.
Other souls featured in books, ran seminars, presentations and proudly showed us what they had achieved.
Some of us were mothers. Over the coffee table we shared our stories, how we put our children to bed, helped them to keep house, honour their possessions and let go of what they outgrew and no longer played with.
Harry Potter, Terry Partchett, the movie Cheers and old time sayings of “rahhhh” liven our spirits. I learnt how to levitate, how to hula hoop and skip through the same hoop … all of this in the space of one night.
My Journey Home
I left smiling as the merriment, laughter and magic flowed, to catch the last train home. Safe, secure and held.
My place in history honoured, my heart full, glad to be part of the magic hosted in Hamilton Terrace, a tiny oasis in NW London.
Thank You all souls, seen and unseen, who helped to make our heart sparkle and magic fill our souls.
