Yoga Poem – In Honour Of Friendship, Gentle Does It
Earlier on during the week I spent the morning visiting an old friend, in fact, we first met at my first ever Family Yoga Class – Happy Hoppers, many years ago.
As we chatted and shared our news, I marvelled at the bond of friendship I share with my friends; even though we don’t see each other often, we share a vibe and understanding,
