Be honest. Much as you enjoy life have you ever woken up, feeling jaded, tired and desperate to spend a little longer in bed?

Your body aches and you don’t have the energy to wake up and get up?
You lie in bed, dreaming of taking -time out yet in the back of your mind you know you have to get up.
You wish you could stay all day snuggled deeper into your duvet.
Maybe your eyes feel puffy, your nose bunged up, shoulders ache and you feel bloated and heavy.
Perhaps your body is screaming out for you to stop, unwind and rest yet, you can’t take time off work because you have too much to do.
So you ignore your aches and pains and carry on.
