Here is a super quick tip to help you stay calm when under pressure.
Quick Tip: Breath.
Yep. That’s it.
It is that simple.
Studies have shown that deep breathing, especially when you feel under pressure helps to negate the “fight or flight” response and, being calm is a skill you can learn.

Like any skill, the more you practice being “calm” the easier it becomes for you to return to that state, especially when your thoughts are racing as you try to make sense of a stressful situation.
So, as Swami Sivananda says “An ounce of practice is worth a ton of theory”, let’s practice a simple breathing exercise to help you relax, refocus and regain your composure.
