Can you imagine we are already into the second week of 2016.
Where has the time flown?
Today’s blog is just a short message to check-in and see how you are and, to share some of my thoughts about my “2016 Goals and Dreams”, flowing through my heart.
How is 2016 opening up for you? How you feeling about allow more of what you want and desire into your life?
Like most people, I am hoping to make subtle changes in the way I live my life.
Like you, I am on a journey and with the turning of the New Year had a look at myself and know I’m not giving and performing at my best.
I know there is a lot more I can do to share, touch more hearts and
bring joy to the world.
Hand on heart I haven’t a cast-iron 2016 Goals and Dreams Plan to follow.
I have experiences and dreams I wish to fulfil on my 2016 Bucket List. However, there is no set plan on how I am going to deliver and fulfil my “list” other than I am going to:
*”Trust my intuition
*Listen more to my inner voice and
*Heed her wisdom.”
I want to breathe more, give more, and be more.
Your emails and encouraging messages whenever I post an inspirational quote on Instagram or a video on tells me, when I step out of my own way, I’m on point. You feel great, uplifted and inspired. And that makes me feel good.
So, for 2016 I’m trusting my inner wisdom, I want to give more, go deeper in what I know, strengthen my relationship with you and connect more regularly and meaningful with you.
Writing inspirational poems, Kindle books, prayers and creating quick videos are what I do best.
Yoga, journalling and meditation are the tools I use which get me through my personal pains and heartache and help me to love and care for myself more.
My daily yoga and meditation practices enables me to stay open, aligned and connect with the flow of magic within my heart.
My desire for 2016 (and beyond) is to find a way to “easily and effortlessly” connect my passions of yoga, writing and meditation and share these benefits more deeply with you; to act as a bridge, a quiet support when you go through hard and challenging times and gently remind you how great and wonderful you are.
So, that is my ‘goal and theme’ for 2016: To breathe more, give more and be more”
