If you struggle to fall asleep and get a good night’s sleep, here is one of my favourite relaxing music videos for sleep and stress relief you can listen to.
It will help you unwind and drift off quickly and easily.
I like to listen to this as I get ready for bed as it sends a signal to my brain, that it is bedtime!
Once, I am in bed, I will lie on my back, practice a few rounds of deep breathing exercises and without realising it, soon, I am fast asleep!
