Bless you Gentle Reader and welcome to this week’s Prayer of the Week. I pray you are well and spirit lighting your life. Take a few moments, to pause, breathe deeply, lower your shoulders and lengthen your spine as you read this week’s poem. Its a short prayer, which I wrote this morning after meditating.
The last few weeks I have recommitted on a much deeper level to my daily spiritual practice and as such I am spending more time alone, in prayer and silence.
I am making a conscious effort to stick with certain “self-care principles” which feel great. I love the space and sense of connection and peace flowing through yet at times, especially when back in the world and looking at my email inbox and my “worldly list of things to do”, I panic and feel that tug of “doing..doing..doing..rush..rush..rush..” creeping in. That’s when I have to breathe, smile and give thanks when the universe sends me an email via one of my earth-angel friends to gently remind me and give me permission to slow down, be gentle and take my own advise. Thanks Judith.
Prayer of Thanks
Thank you for your presence in my life. For your rich, abundance of light and joy and carefree heart. Thank you for my health, for sending angels and light angels to help me eat well and nourish myself from the inside out.
Thank you for the ever flowing sense of ease manifesting – I feel so blessed, so happy and glad to breathe. Thank you for all that I AM and all that I am growing into be.
I wish you and everyone dear to your heart, a peaceful weekend.
