Welcome Dear Reader and thanks for passing by and visiting my site. I wish you a peaceful and joyful day. Feel free to browse around and join in the conversation.
Do you believe in love? Do you believe that somewhere, there is a soul, or souls, waiting for you to meet and connect with? I do and now that I am divorced and single, I’m curious who my soul-in-waiting-around-the-corner will be:) This week’s poem of the week is dedicated to you. Thanks and I hope we meet soon!
I have rediscovered a love
A love from a former age where wars, racial strife, segregation ruled the waves,
A love, a soul reborn into this time
Sent to cleanse the minds and hearts of the dispossessed.
I have found a love
A companion to share
Intimate, sacred moments
Moments of truth, natural innonence and divine acts of unison
I have reconnected with a soul, a lover in disguise
Who shares my passion for life
Love in the fast lane
Slow passionate awakenings
Tender moments of sweet surrender
To the God, Goddess within.
I have found myself in the eyes of another soul
Clothed in clothes, ways of living different from mine
Yet wearing the same raiment’s of love, light and beauty.
I have unearthed a truth, a sacred union, so secularly divine
I tremble at his touch and reconnect with the beauty within.
I have found my beauty, my truth and joy in living
Safe in the arms of another.
Well, what did you think of that? Do you believe it is possible to attract the love and soul companion you desire into your life? I’d love to hear your views; please share your thoughts in the comment box below and if you enjoyed this poem I’m sure you would like the poem I posted to celebrate International Women’s Day, I Am A Sacred Women.
