Welcome Beloved Readers, Thank you for visiting and allowing me to serve and be of assistance in your journey. The Poem of the Week is a short prayer, or poem, to uplift, inspire and rejuvenate your soul. If you have a poem or prayer you wish to share, please contact me and I will be delighted to share and feature your poem/prayer next week. Thank you.

Last week’s poem, “where is god?” touched upon my sense of abandonment, fear of life and distrust of god as I mourned the loss of my brother and cousin.
Today’s poem, is a totally different vibe. I have come full circle and know Spirit is alive and kicking. I proudly walk with God and see his/her divine manifestation in all forms of life. These days, my faith is strong. The pull to be and stay aligned and in the flow is powerful and I’m so glad for the darkness and sadness of the past, for it has made me a stronger, more faithful soul.
Worry, debt and crap still run through my life, yet as Simba says “I laugh in the face of danger”. I am secure and connected to a “force” that flows from deep within and guides my every thought, words and deeds. In that vein, I find it easier just to breathe, trust and be. I trust you are well and wish you every blessing on your journey. Take heart, relax and breathe in the essence of In Harmony With God.
In Harmony With God
I am the wave within the ocean of your love, the core of the apple you pick from the tree, the grain of sand covering the Kalahari Desert, the whispering of air transcending the stormy sea, carrying your light, your flame of desire to transcend, rest, breathe and be.
May the sun shine and bless all you do.
Namaste

Ntathu, can totally relate to what you say in your post. Having had darker times of mourning; it is always easier to appreciate the lighter moments. And agree with Jan above, it is a bit like Yin and Yang, you can't have one without the other. Thanks for the words of wisdom and the blessings.
Great fully received. Amanda x
Thank you Amanda..appreciate your thoughtfulness. Grief is a weird ole process and certainly takes you down paths of, in my case-rage to radiance. Take care.
Hi Ntathu. It's wonderful that your faith has brought you to such a positive place and that you see the blessings in the darker times – without night, there would be no day. Janet x
Thanks Janet, yes, life is about balance-experiencing the rain and sunshine…my mum always says the longest night has a day. Take special care.
