Great news. My first meditation audiobook is published.
When my publishers, TCK Publishers published Meditation for Beginners: How to Meditate for People who Hate to Sit Still, you were very supportive and inspired me to keep writing and finding ways to share the benefits of meditation with others. Thank you.
The book was initially published as a Kindle edition and a paperback and offers beginners an easy way to feel calmer and more alive during the busyness of your day.
During this process, one of my dreams was to have “audio versions of the guided meditations.”
My first meditation audiobook is publishedLike you, I love reading yet there is something magically when you can slip on a pair of headphones, and whether you are out walking, doing your household chores or on the tube going to work, you can listen to a book.
And if it includes guided meditations…well that’s another awesome benefit!
Well…drum roll and high fives to my publishers, we now have released the audio book and it is now being sold on Amazon Audible.
I know right. How cool is that!
