As you can see from the video, I have a fun and joyful start to my days. And over the next few blogs I share the practical side of what I do, from prayers to oil pulling in more detail.
Why Am I Sharing My Daily Morning Routine?
This theme, “Daily Morning Routine” has been on my to-do list since the beginning of the year.
Most of my friends know I meditate and have a daily spiritual practice. A couple of friends, keen to learn meditation and yoga asked for my advice to help them set up their own daily morning yoga and meditation practice. Naturally I said YES. Finally, six months down the line, tra-la, and here is my first blog in a new mini-series “Daily Morning Routine”.
The idea of this mini-series is to support your desire for less stress and more Me-time in your life.
I wasn’t sure how to do this series, and then thought the best way to teach is to share what I know and you can use the info as a springboard to develop your own morning routine.
Keep An Eye Out For Future Blogs About My Daily Morning Routine
Over the next few blogs, I’m going to go into more detail about why I have a morning routine, what I get out of it, what I actually do, mistakes I make and how you can set up your own morning practice. In between blog posts, I’ll also keep you updated about other aspects of my life, dreams and aspirations I am working towards.
Final Thoughts
Be sure to share this post with your friends and find out what they do first thing in the morning.
And to keep this blog real and relevant to your needs, drop me an email and let me know what your daily morning routine looks like and we can inspire each other to have a brighter start to our day. I look forward to hearing from you.
In the meantime, may you be blessed with divine insights and may your heart shine and be happy.
