Read it before you go to bed.
Allow the words to soften your heart and soothe your cares away.
When you are ready, take a full soft breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale.
Settle into your bed, make sure you feel cosy and warm and then let’s begin.
Meditation Poem: Follow the Golden Star
Follow the golden star.
The star within your heart.
The star which whispers at night ~
“You are enough.”
Listen to that star as it twinkles within, a warm glow filling the emptiness of your soul.
That’s your star.
Your lucky #9,
Your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
It’s all yours.
Your own shining, sparkling, shimmering piece of the cosmos, whispering gently in your soul
“You are enough.”
“You are worthy.”
“You are held and loved, just the way you are.”
So, next time you feel down, heart pounding out of control, that’s ok.
Just take a soft breath in …1 … 2 … 3 … and as you exhale, 1… 2… 3… smile, whisper to yourself
“Yes. I am enough!”
“I am worthy!”
“I am held and loved, just the way I am.”
So, dear friend, remember this meditation poem, and as you fall asleep tonight, keep whispering the words to yourself
