Bless you gentle reader and a special warm hug to new subscribers. I pray you are all well and thank you for your generous presence here on Yoga Inspires. It’s been a while since I posted my last blog and today’s post is very short to apologies for not keeping to my regular weekly blogging schedule.
In recent weeks I discovered that I am not as well as I thought I was. It’s been a very troubling time for me and has a knock on effect on my energy levels, work and how I feel and view life. Over the next few blog posts I’ll share with you what’s going on and how I’m using music/mantras, food, yoga, bodywork and meditation to help calm my worrying thoughts and cleanse and heal my body.
Music and Bodywork
Today, a dear friend gave me my first ever Metamorphic Technique session. It was great and gave me the energy and courage to write this post. Whilst I gather my thoughts and decide on “What Next…” I’d like you to listen to Kelly Clarkson’s song, Stronger, which my business mentor Frederique Murphy shared with me. This is one of the songs I listen to, which spurs me on and makes me feel badass!!!
When I’m feeling low I blast this tune and I’m uplifted and remember one of my mum’s fav sayings “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger” and my grand dad telling me to “always stand tall”…so in that vein “I am standing tall, smiling and doing what I do best – writing, opening to spirit and sharing my heart to heal myself and inspire you to be stronger, nurture your spirit and follow your bliss.
Closings Words
When things aren’t working out for you the way you wish them to, how do you get the peace and calm you need? Like me, do you have a fav tune you like to listen to make yourself feel stronger and better?
I’d love you to share your thoughts as we are all connected and your tip could be just what another soul needs to hear. Write your thoughts in the comment box below and as Kelly Clarkson says…what doesn’t kill you…makes you a fighter…:)
Stay blessed gentle reader and remember to take special care of yourself.
In peace
Ntathu
Dearest Ntathu,
Thank you for sharing your personal stuff and 'keeping it real'. You are the most positive person I know, you really live in positive energy and like does attract like. I am always uplifted by your words and being in your presence. I wish you well, on every level and am privileged to be part of your life's journey, and now your healing journey. Keep on doing what you do. x
All praises and thanks too you to Sharon. Hugs my dear friend.
