Hugs and blessings dear friends and welcome to today’s post, An Inspirational Prayer For Strength – You Are Empowered. It is offered to remind you of the power and beauty of faith, especially if you are going through a rough patch and things aren’t working out for you the way you want them to.
What is Faith?
Everyone has their own understanding of faith. For me, faith is the strength of courage to get up, stand up, do the hustle and daily grind when your back is against the wall, you’re tired and demoralised and it seems as if there is no way out of your situation, until, one day, as if by “magic” you wake up and you realise, you’re OK. You’ve made it. And all you can do is bow you head and say “thank you”.
As Nelson Mandela says: “Difficulties break some men but make others”
If things aren’t quite working out for you or you are worried about a close friend or family member, may today’s prayer offer you the strength and guidance you need to carry on, have strength and take the next step.
Inspirational Prayer For Strength – You Are Empowered
Oh Blessed Father,
Mother and Creator of all
I thank you for the gift of life
For the gifts of friendship, truth, beauty and light.
Although the winds of war may come and wash our loved ones away
And Siva flees and leads his Shakti astray…
In the hearts of our hearts we know peace will come and the golden rainbow which unites us
will shine forth and carry us through to the shores of everlasting peace.
Although it may seems we are lost and alone
Frantically searching for the grain of hope stumped into the coldness of our heart
We know the angel of peace will hold our head up high and glide us through the deserts of time.
Long may the sun continue to shine and long may we give thanks for the beauty of the day.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
Om Peace
Closing Thoughts
As you go through your day, I encourage you to stand tall, to breathe and remember how far you have come, smile and CELEBRATE your achievements.
“HOMEWORK FOR YOUR SOUL!”
For the next 7 days, especially if you’re going through a rough patch, I encourage you to spend a few minutes before going to bed and write in your journal or diary three things you saw or did which made you smile, feel strong and empowered.
I’ll also be doing the “homework!” and as usual will share my insights with you in a future blog.
Till we next meet, stay well, be safe and be happy.
OM
Ntathu
