How do you speak up against injustice, when you feel scared and frightened?
Maybe you think your thoughts aren’t important and who will listen to you, anyway?
Or, you feel so numb and overwhelmed by your emotions, your thoughts are all jumbled up inside your brain, and you marvel that for some people, words flow from their mouth like a bubbling fountain.

As you can see, deep down we have the answers, we just need to take the time to step back, take a full breath and allow your body’s wisdom to support you.
