Gentle hugs dear friend, Ntathu here.
I am feeling raw and disorientated.
My dear friend took her last breath earlier
on today.
As you know, meditation and writing are
the tools I use to enjoy life and feel well.
So, am sharing this gentle message with
you, to remind you, lest you have forgotten,
you matter.
You are invincible.
Yes, life happens.
Stuff knocks you back.
You doubt yourself and it feels like your
dreams, aspirations and goodness dries
up.
That’s OK.
It really is.
Allow it.
Allow the sadness; feel the pain, wrap
yourself up in the darkness and cry yourself
to sleep.
Because, my dear friend, that is all part of
the process.
All part of your journey to greatness. Truth
and a life worth living.
My dear friend took her last breath today.
It hurts and I am raw.
Yet life must go on.
I was born to heal. To uplift and inspire you
to live your greatness and remember your
dreams and who you are.
So, in honour of my dear friend, let’s take
a quiet breath; lets breathe peace into the
hearts of the world and give thanks.
Give thanks for the beauty and simplicity
of life. Give thanks for the truth of who you
are. Give thanks for the gift of life.
Thank you for being in my life and allowing
me to honour my calling and live life as
my friend would expect me to be.
Carrying on her good work of natural health and
peace for all.
Last week she whispered the words “enhance
your life, Ntathu…enhance your life” into
my ear. And shared her visions of life and
dreams waiting to unfold.
Therefore, in honour of her life, that is my
mission;
to reconnect with my blog; to write,
support, encourage, help and inspire you
to also enhance your life, through prayer,
meditation and the breath. With a load
of yoga, smiles and tranquil calmness
thrown in the mix!
So, taking my own advice, I am going to
wrap myself up in the arms of love and
surrender to the pain inside. And know,
deep inside, all is well.
To close, remember your dreams, your
life, your vision and your quest for peace are
within the bosom of your heart.
Namaste.
Remember…love, give, breathe and be.
IN PEACE
Ntathu
