YAY!!! Hugs and blessings dear friends. Happy New Year to you and everyone dear to your heart. It feels good writing my first blog and inspirational Message for 2014, It Is Time. First of all I’d like to say a special thank you to you for being by my side during 2013 and to wish you a compassionate and peaceful year.
Like most of you, I had my fair share of ups and downs in 2013, and I know some of you are still going through an anxious time caring and supporting your families and being there for your friends. Take heart, you are in my prayers and every night and morning I say a special prayer and send rays of light to bathe your soul. Remember, everyone has a Guardian Angel who is always beside you and keeping you safe. Even in your darkness hour, keep believing in fairies and know all is well.
Here is my first inspirational message for 2014, it is a poem titled, It is Time I hope you like it. Take time to print it out and read at your leisure to remind you of your Greatness. Thank you.
It Is TIME…
It is time to…
Go for your dreams.
Overcome your fears.
Find calm in troubled times.
And allow your light to shine.
To surrender to love.
Embrace the miracles
And seek the higher ground.
It is time to…
To love and be loved in return.
To swim with the dolphins
To climb Mount Kilimanjaro
And say hello to your neighbour;
To listen with your heart.
To nourish your body.
Nurture your soul.
Connect with the God/Goddess within.
It is time to…
Be your best friend.
Gift yourself the gift of time and breathe life into the windows of your soul.
Time to move on.
Time to forgive.
Time to let go.
Time to remember who you are
And play all day long.
To celebrate and see how far you have come.
Jump out of bed, count your blessings, one by one and smile at the diamonds gleaming in your eyes.

Closing Words And Future Blogs
I wanted to start 2014 off with a poem because it’s my way of connecting with you to wish you peace and joy for the year ahead.
I’d also like to let you know what is coming up.
Over the next couple of blogs I’ll be completing the Beginners Guide To The Sun Salutation miniseries I started before Christmas; I’ll be posting a Kick-Start Your Day miniseries, as well as a Yoga Guide to Better Sleep blog. My long-awaited online guided meditation course, Breathe Freely is also coming soon:) Along the way, I intend to branch out and create audio and video blogs because I know how much you enjoy listening to meditations and practicing yoga with videos.
Finally, if you have a health challenge or going through a particularly low patch and would like to see if yoga, meditation or breath work can help you feel better and ease your pain, send me an email and I’ll be happy to write a blog offering you guidance and sharing what I know.
