What Are Affirmations?
Affirmations are a great way to encourage you to take a few minutes out of your day to tune in and wish yourself well.
Affirmations are powerful statements which when read, silently or aloud help to reconnect you to your inner being.
Words have power and the energy behind the words, your intention is what, I believe make Affirmations so powerful.
If you are feeling down, and even doubting yourself, the following 17 Positive Affirmations can be said first thing in the morning when you wake up or the last thing at night before you go to bed.
Say them with love, feeling and appreciation.
If one affirmation particularly resonates with your heart, then THAT’S your cue to spend more time focusing on the arising thoughts and repeat that affirmation several times during your day, particularly if you feel low, tired and vulnerable.

I encourage you to take time, maybe set your morning alarm clock ten minutes earlier, do a few rounds of the yoga breathing awareness breathing exercises found in my book and then say the above 17 Positive Affirmations quietly to yourself.
