As we are over halfway through January 2020 and so many of us are still keen to be healthy and happy in 2020, I’d like to share with you, 12 easy tips you can use (or deepen if they are already part of your daily routine) to be healthy and happy this year – and beyond.
Many of us feel this year, 20:20, is the start of something special.
The accolades
A new decade; 2020 vision; we have bestowed a fresh start upon this year and everyone I meet oozes a sense of hope, possibilities and whispering belief that this is the year they will make that change, be the change and live the change.
No one knows what is around the corner.
Some say you create your own destiny through your past and present actions.
Others believe life is already pre-ordained and no matter what you do, you can’t escape your destiny.
Whatever you believe, the timeless quote “Health is wealth. Peace of mind is happiness. Yoga shows the way.” is the mantra I aspire to live by.
Why Being Healthy and Happy Is Important
There are many reasons for being healthy are important.
Being healthier gives you more energy to do the things you enjoy with less stress and struggle.
A healthy habit is any behaviour that benefits your physical, mental, and emotional health.
These habits improve your overall well-being and remind you of the need to be calm in the chaotic world we live in.

Such as kale and pok choy to boost your calcium and strengthens bones, spinach is also bursting with other vital nutrients and vitamin which does wonders for your health. Think of Popeye and you will know what I mean.
